How to solve a critical error on our site.

    Hello

    In the process of trying to develop PWA app access for our website, we added a php file into mu-pligin folder, situadted in: ‘wp-content/mu-plugins’. We added the file thru wp-file manager, a plug-in that let you see wp files.

    When the file was added, wp started showing a critical error message, and we couldn’t get to access to WordPress from the admin panel to reach the wp-file manager plug-in in order to delete the file that we added.

    Then we tried to establish a FTP connection with google cloud platform, but we couldn’t find any file related to WordPress.

    We wonder if you can help us reach and delete that file, or help us to fix the website.
