I cannot access to an account linked to a paid plan

    Hello!

    On September 7th I purchased a plan to start creating a website. The user name for that account is picobellotranslations and I’m fairly certain I used the email address (e-mail visibile solo per moderatori e personale) to sign up.
    This morning, when I tried signing up again, I noticed my password management system hadn’t saved the password and when I tried retrieving it, it didn’t work.
    When I add the username ‘picobellotranslations’, it says that a link has been sent, but I don’t receive anything on any on my email addresses.
    When I add the email address ‘martina@picobellotranslations’, it says that there’s no account linked to that email address.
    I also noticed that I never received any confirmation on my email when I opened an account and paid for it.
    I have proof of payment on my bank account.
    Could anyone help me solve this?
