I can’t enter to my back-end. Someone has delete wp_users table

  Hi I had a problem with my wordpress site. Someone logged in on the backend and deleted the table wp_users So I do not have access to my site http://www.chocofair.org

  What can I do? The backup is useless because the damage was done over a week ago.
