IMMEDIATE REFUND REQUEST

    Hello,

    I am writing because I am deeply dissatisfied with the plugin I just purchased from you. After installing it and repeatedly trying to export products from one website and importing it in another (both running on a stable and perfectly configured server) , the import just plainly didnt’ work as expected, as such I do demand an immediate refund of the money you took from me. The quality of what I bought didn’t at all justify the expense. If I do not get the refund I deserve after this shameful situation I will review the service accordingly.
