installing themes

    I’m new with wordpress, and I haven’t figured out how to move well yet, however it seems to me that without a business plan you can’t install additional themes and therefore you can only use those very few themes available in the themes section.
    Until now I had heard of wordpress as a very flexible platform, but from what I understand you necessarily need a business plan to be able to work properly.
