Issue with accounts Woocommerce subscription

    Hello team,

    I have a WordPress platform hosted on Godaddy. The platform is http://www.laviadellosmartmoneycommunity.com

    It’s a learning platform where people can purchase (with monthly payment) our online courses.

    We used woocommerce subscriptions for the payment and we have integrated it with LearnDash.

    We have a problem with the accounts for the customers. When the users create new account and proceed with the payment, they have some issues on the accounts:

    since we have different monthly plans (which some allows the access to just some courses and some to all the courses), some accounts are not able to see the courses for which they have payed. Trying to troubleshoot this problem, we found out that for fixing it the user has to clean the cache.

    Is it possible to fix this problem in any other way?
