Today I found in the stats page this message:
“Your site is identified as a commercial site, which is not eligible for a non-commercial license, reason(s) being ’Contact Details’. If you think this is an error or you’ve removed the commercial identifier, please confirm the information below and reverify (maximum once every 24 hours).”
But “Libera Accademia Populare per la terza età” https://www.liberaaccademiapieve.org/ is a non-profit association for elderly people based in Pieve Emanuele in the suburbs of Milan. The association intends to offer moments of cultural promotion, participation, sharing and friendship to a segment of the population that has reached full maturity.
All the activities organized by the Libera Accademia are characterized by the volunteering of all its members.
I am the webmaster and as all the member of the association I am a volunteer. I don’t understand why “Contacts Details” are a problem. What have I to remove to satisfy the request of wordpress.com?
The association is very poor and even €7.95 per month can be a problem.
Oggi ho trovato nella pagina delle statistiche un messaggio di wordpress.com che considera il sito commerciale e chiede un pagamento di €7,95 mensili per le statistiche.
Si tratta del sito di un’associazione di volontariato con modestissime risorse. Scrivono “reason(s) being ’Contact Details’.” Non capisco che cosa possano aver trovato di commerciale nel nostro sito. Qualcuno sa suggerirmi che cosa devo rimuovere per risolvere?
