Link a pagine interne per creare Contact

  Scusate volevo chiedervi una informazione….
  Volevo modificare l’header.php del tema per linkare a una pagina statica interna già pubblicata (…mioblog…/wordpress/?page_id=66)

  <li class=”fr last”>/index.php”>Contatact
  <li class=”fr last”>/index.php”>Advertise

  io ho provato a sostituire index.php con il link alla pagina ma non riesco a farla visualizzare.
  Altra domanda, come fare link interno a una pagina verso un’altra?
