Localize a wordpress.com site

  Hi,
  I’m trying to add to my website an English section (now I have only the Italian one). Is it possible to create a website which supports the two languages, showing only the pages in the language selected by the user?

  Pensavo di scrivere sul forum inglese, scusate.
  La domanda che ho posto è la seguente: è possibile localizzare il sito su wordpress.COM di modo che l’utente possa vedere solo gli articoli nella lingua che ha selezionato?
