Lost Portfolio Plugin

    Hi, I made a wordpress upgrade on my site http://www.mchphotography.net that is running the Oshine theme. But I had some issues with the upgrade and my host (One.com) suggested me that i should delete the plugins because they were causing the problems, i would be able to reinstal them afterwards. The site works again but without the portfolio plugin there are no works showcasing on it.
    THE PROBLEM is that there is not the ‘BE Portfolio Post’ anymore, and I don’t know how to get it!
    – Have I lost all my work?
    – Can I reinstall the BE Portfolio Post?
    – Can I restore my old works with a new portfolio plugin?
