marquee e add action wp_footer

  Ciao sto scrivendo un plugin che restituisce un tag marquee con all’interno le notizie ansa e vorrei pubblicarlo sul fondo delle pagine wp.
  Ho usato la funzione add action su wp_footer che funziona egregiamente su firefox ma crescia su google chrom e non compare in fondo con edge.
  Cosa posso fare?

  Proverò ad usare del jquery al posto del marquee…
