Migration of newsletter subscribers

    Hello,
    Can you please help? I have an old blog which should be transported to our new website (always with WordPress. The problem is: since I do not know how many followers I have, how can I save or migrate all the names and mails to the new website and of course, tell them that the site has changed and the blog will be canceled after a while. I don’t want to lose these followers, but I do not have their names. Or, alternatively, how do I create a newsletter also from the site?
    My first blog is : http://www.savethecheetahsalviamoighepardi.wordpress.com (Cheetah Conservation Fund Italia) and I am the owner, @savethecheetah. The website I created with wordpress is : ccf-italia.org and I am the owner too.
