Modify Inactive Template for website upgrade

    Hello everyone,

    I’m currently facing myself with a problem I cannot find an answers to:

    I have a website with its content, but I want to improve the design by changing the theme and making some improvement in its design.

    My question is: does anyone knows a way to do this while maintaining the current website online? (without having to shut down temporarily)

    Like maintaining the second theme (the future main theme) in a ‘ghost’ mode and afterwards activate it.

    All advice are welcome, if you need further information please ask me without hesitation.
