Move/Update website

  Hello!
  I already have my website on WordPress.com but it’s not updated as I moved it to wordpress.org with Siteground hosting.
  If I try to import the website to my WordPress.com account it says I already own that domain but the website is not up to date.
  Can I move the website back to wordpress.com or maybe in this case just update it?
