My blog does not work via mobile phone

    Hello,
    My blog is about Education and English Language Learning. This morning some of my students complained about the fact that they couldn’t get access to the blog via cellphone. Especially one, who has got Wind Infostrada as a mobile connection provider, couldn’t view anything. I can actually surf on my own blog from my own cellphone, but I’ve got a different provider and I was wondering what I could suggest my students do in order for them to attend video lessons “on the go”.

    Ho bisogno d'aiuto per il blog (visibile solo agli utenti che hanno effettuato l'accesso).

    Hello there,

    Your theme is 100% mobile friendly, therefore I think your guess is correct – it might be an issue related with your student’s internet connection on his phone.

    Do you happen to know what kind of error/problem they can see from their phones?

    On a little note, since this is the Italian WordPress.com forum it’s normally required to write in Italian. The international forum is the right place for English speakers :)

    Sorry for being pesky, but it’s fair that all the people reading can understand what’s written in here, to assure a good level of knowledge sharing :)

    Ciao,
    non avevo capito che questo forum fosse solo in lingua italiana. Sono passata automaticamente dalla pagina di supporto in Inglese a quella in Italiano senza che io stessa, evidentemente, me ne rendessi conto.
    Il mio blog risultava come “pagina non disponibile” e la connessione era puramente dati, non wireless. Chiederò comunque conferma del messaggio di errore ai miei studenti.

    Nessun problema :)

    Quando in genere il browse dice che la pagina non è disponibile, è quasi certamente un problema di connessione. Fammi sapere in ogni caso qual è la risposta dei tuoi studenti, così da vederci chiaro.

    Se puoi verificare anche se il problema persiste sarebbe fantastico. :)
