My site has been closed and I can’t download the content!

    My site has been just closed abruptly, without notice. The message in the dashboard said that I could at least download all the content, but it does not work: when I try to download, a message says that there has been an error and the download doesn’t work.
    I have lost hours and hours of work and tons of content!!!
