MySQL non si avvia su xampp

    Scusate, ma non sò proprio più dove sbattere la testa.
    ho un problema con l’avvio di MySQL su XAMPP. ho provato a cambiare anche la porta ma non funziona.. il messaggio che mi appare è questo:
