Need to put code in index file

    Hi there. My blog is fattyfair.wordpress.com. I would like to join an affiliation marketing programme. To set up my blog for running affiliation, I need to put a piece of code in the index file of the blog, in head section.
    Is there any chance you can do this for me? Or, can you explain is there’s a way I can acces the index file?
