old denomination blog-new denomination, why difficulties public access for readers and other problem

  Excuse for my bad english. I have this blog ‘L’Agenda delle Donne’ since october 2017 on a free plan without costs. In january 2018 j have changed the name in ‘L’Agenda delle Donne, il Blog di Patrizia Cordone’ and payed dominio 13 euro for one year. I have redirect everything and it works ok, but with some problems: 1) if i search my blog on Google, the name appears complete, L’Agenda delle Donne, il Blog di Patrizia Cordone, but by clicking on the name there’s nothing and the link appearing so ‘https://lagendadelledonne.wordpress.com’; 2) if i click on a link for example like this https://lagendadelledonneilblogdipatriziacordone.wordpress.com/2018/02/01/teresa-mattei-madre-della-costituzione-e-chicchi-partigiana-per-sempre/ everything works; 3) if someone accesses to my blog through the link reported on my personal profile facebook https://www.facebook.com/profiloduedue everythin works; 4) the old domain existes … Can you help me?
