Payement for Premium and continued requests to pay another time

    Good morning, i’m a teacher of an italian school, the Gandini public scientific high school, which has bought the Premium solution for a project of our school.

    We have payed the Premium solution (we have bank-check of the payement) but the WordPress site continues to ask us to pay another time.
    Could you help us, please?
