Payment not due

Dear sirs,
a month ago I was charged to my current account a value of 66 euros in favor of wordpress.com Dublin. I tried to find out what was due to the charge, but without result. My bank didn’t know how to inform, the card manager either. So I remember just now, after a month, that last year I bought a domain with wordpress.com that I never could take advantage of since I started building the site I had problems and I got the site blocked. Believing it was all lost, since I could no longer access the site, I decided to permanently delete the site by entering the link they gave me via e-mail. I thought the request was successful. But I see that it is not so. I find myself with a registered domain without i didin’t have requested the automatic renewal and above all I don’t understand why they charged me directly to my account without authorization, if the information on the site is that I shouldn’t have any recurring payments.
I have never set any automatic renewal, at least not voluntarily, I would like to avoid that it happened again and that new charges will be made on my account in the future and I would like to ask for a refund of the payment not due .
How can I proceed? Can you help me.
