Problem with my web site

    Good morning, I have a problem with two sites and I do not know how to solve. The first site has a domain purchased by you, which I manage from siteground: tornainforma.blog, and when I try to log in there is the message ‘this domain is parked’. El segundo site has a domain purchased directly on siteground: changeyourlifenow.it, I can not access the bulletin board here either. The problem arises on 17/2 when I deleted ‘by mistake’ all the contents of the two sites, pages, articles, plugins, themes, etc. Now I do not know how to take them back, I want to get them back and rework on but I do not know how to access … Give me a hand please?
