Problem with the slug changed

    Good morning,

    for days I have changed the WordPress slug from wp-admin to another through the HC Custom WP-Admin URL plugin.
    I wanted to go back to the site later but he didn’t let me in. It takes me to the login screen, I enter the credentials, but then when I click on Login it takes me back to the home page.
    I also cleared ALL my computer’s cache and history, but it doesn’t work.
    How can I solve it?
