  I asked for the cancellation of my subscription and the refund 10 days ago, it hasn’t arrived yet.
  It was clearly written that within 14 days of activating the site you could ask for refund and it would take 7 to 10 working days.

  I’ve checked our records and I can see that a refund has already been issued to you. You can see the refund receipt at: https://wordpress.com/me/billing

  Depending on your credit card service provider, it can take a bit longer for the refunded money to be added back to your account. For more information on how we refund, you can see this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/#how-will-you-refund-my-payment
