  PLEASE HELP. It’s very urgent.
  I renewed my Business plan but I can’t restore the backup. If I click on JetPack/Buckup I see this error message:

  It’s impossible to connect with JetPack.

  Furthermore, I just can DOWNLOAD the backup but I need to restore the website. It’s too difficult for me to restore the website manually.

  PLEASE HELP! I also can’t speak with a WordPress engineer directly and I don’t know why.
