Rimborso Dominio – Domain Cancellation Pending

  Salve io ho acquistato un dominio .com per poi accorgermi che quel nome era già esistente con wordpress.com non volendo avere un nome simile nello stesso giorno in cui l’ho acquistato ho richiesto la cancellazione come previsto da WP nelle 48 ore. Ho poi provveduto ad acquistare il mio attuale dominio unviaggioperdue.com . Dopo questo il dominio “cancellato” mi appariva ancora nella sezione “domini” nella mia utenza WP ma con la dicitura Domain Cancellation Pending . Così ho aspettato convinta che mi fossero stati restituiti i soldi. Oggi per curiosità controllo e invece di Domain Cancellation Pending mi appare: Rinnovo previsto il giorno February 15, 2016. Cosa è successo? chi o cosa dovrei contattare? Gradirei un aiuto in merito anche perché io non voglio più questo dominio, non lo utilizzo. Grazie anticipatamente per la risposta.

  Hi I bought a .com domain but that name was already existing wordpress.com . I did not want a similar name . That same day I bought it I requested the cancellation as provided by WP in 48 hours. I then bought my current domain unviaggioperdue.com . After this the domain ” deleted ” appeared in the ” domains ” in my user WP but with the words ” Domain Cancellation Pending ” . So I waited convinced I had been returned my money . Today out of curiosity and control instead of Domain Cancellation Pending appears to me : Renewal expected on February 15 , 2016. What happened ? who or what should I contact? I would like to help about because I no longer want this domain , do not use it . Thanks for the reply .

  Inoltre nella sezione “le mie estensioni” il dominio in questione appare così: – dueinviaggio.com Domain registration Cancellation Pending – Vorrei capire come mai non è stato subito cancellato dato che ho fatto la richiesta il giorno stesso in cui l’ho acquistato.
