    Hello, I had my domain http://www.violetblend.com registered to SiteGround, I have renewed the service a little late and now my site is down. SiteGround made me pay 120$ to renew the domain, on my SiteGround profile it says that domain is renewed, but the site doesn’t work. The registrar appears to be Wild West Domains, but I didn’t move or change it.
    Wild West Domains said: ‘ I show this domain name is currently registered with WordPress.com for help with this domain you need to contact them. As we do not provide support here for them. We only provide a connection to the registry for them and do not have access to accounts or the ability to make any changes on their servers to the domain name. You must go through them for all of that.’
    Why is my site down? I want my site back. Can you solve this problem?
