Store the selection of some buttons in the DB

    Hi
    I’m stuck on a problem can you help me please?
    On a site that I am creating
    a user accesses a dedicated page through the WPEverest ‘User Registration’ plugin
    There are about 10 buttons on this page.
    The user can select a maximum of five as desired.
    After confirmation, the answer must remain stored in the DB with reference to the user.
    Unfortunately I am not able to manage the results of these buttons
    Please how should I do?
