Unable to load a theme

  On the page https://esamedigitalhumanities.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php I don’t have the possibility to add new themes.
  In fact, going to the page https://esamedigitalhumanities.wordpress.com/wp-admin/theme-install.php?browse=featured an error message appears.
  How can I upload a .zip file of a theme?
