Unable to login to woocommerce support

    Hello, I just created a new wordpress.com account to open a woocommerce support ticket (critical error on site due to storefront theme). However, the support section of the user dashboard says I need to verify my email. I already have. I have tried logging out and logging back in, which they suggest to fix this, but still no luck. It seems stuck on the verify email page. Any help would be most appreciated!

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes
