Upgrade for multilingual website

    Hi there,
    I’ve got a question regarding the upgrade costs for a multilingual website i’m creating. I already own a domain (www.organicactionnetwork.bio) for my website in italian and have created a subdomain (www.en.organicactionnetwork.bio) for the english version. I will inter-cross the two websites (both created here on wordpress.com) with a button in the sidebar and on the header menu.
    Of course to use my domain names I will have to purchase an upgrade. My question now is: is it correct to say that in this case I will have to pay the yearly upgrade (around 36€ for the basic one) + 13€ yearly for the mapping of the subdomain?
    Or did I get it wrong?
