use youtube video as featured image

  Hello,
  I have a video blog on your platform, and I’d like to have the youtube preview pic as fautered image on my articles. I saw a bunch of plug-in that doing this, but it’s not possible to upload one of those on your platform. Is there a code to doing this without a specific plugin ?

  scusate, avevo capito che l’assistenza esistesse solo in inglese…traduco per comodità :

  mi piacerebbe che venisse usata come immagine dei miei singoli articoli la preview del video linkato nel post stesso, ho visto che esistono numerosi plugin per fare questa cosa, ma dalla piattaforma wordpress.com non è possibile aggiungerne. c’è qualche codice fare la stessa cosa che fanno i plugin ?
