  I have opened this site with wordpress.com but i cant find it
  why 1global.health.blog.wordpress.com

  Your site is available at https://1global.health.blog/ and you can manage it once you log into WordPress.com at https://wordpress.com/log-in and then use “Switch Site” (“Cambia sito”) at top left to navigate to https://wordpress.com/stats/day/1global.health.blog

   To set your default site (that loads when you access WordPress.com), go to https://wordpress.com/me/account and select the site in “Primary Site” (Sito principale) dropdown list, and click “Save Account Settings” below.
