    Hello, I would like to try the Business plan for ecommerce and I have a couple of questions:

    1. I’m in Italy, the invoice that you will make comes form which country?
    Behind this question, there is an accounting reason, because if your invoice comes from Europe but outside Italy, I must pay our professional Accountant 50 euro to register European invoice and this will influence my choice.

    2. Do you already support ‘Banca Sella’ for Credit Card?
    Or have you a different solution to support Credit Cards?

    3. I read somewhere that you will get a percentage of sales.
    It is true?
    This happens also for Business subscriptions?

    4. Business subscriptions have Technical Support? I visited the Italian forum and I see several questions but zero answers. This let me afraid that I’ll be alone while I’ll need help. Or this happens because you have not people who can speak Italian?

    We currently only issue receipts, not invoices. We only provide VAT receipts to users who are properly listed in the VIES (VAT Information Exchange System) database http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/. It’s the law for EU businesses to be registered with VIES, and for merchants to validate against VIES when making sales.

    So if you are a registered business and have a VAT number, then we can issue a VAT receipt for you. In this case, you need to provide (via email and not here publicly in the forum):

    – VAT number (and country)
    – Business name and address

    2. Do you already support ‘Banca Sella’ for Credit Card?
    Or have you a different solution to support Credit Cards?

    WooCommerce plugin (that you can install on WordPress.com Business Plan to get the e-commerce functionality on your site) supports many payment methods and Stripe is one of them that allows you to accept payments via debit and credit cards from your customers https://woocommerce.com/products/stripe/
