Biografia
My name is Riccardo Rosso, I'm 35 years old and I work as a worker in the transport sector, working on shifts. I appreciate the work I do but sometimes it is alienating and exhausting especially on a psychological level.
I decided to open a blog to explore issues related to the world of work and to provide information on issues involved in it that cause considerable daily stress on both a physical and psychological level. The goal is to find a balanced relationship between work and private life. All those aspects that alter this vital balance will then be analysed. Individuals, society and the environment and their relationships will be the core of my articles.
