アップロード出来無い Can not upload media file

  本日突然メディアのアップロードを行うと、一時フォルダーが見つかりません。と表示され出来ません。5月8日には正常に出来ていました。phpは 7.4.18で4月28日にインストールされています。又、wp-adminに
  upload_tmp_dir = on
  upload_tmp_dir = /webdata/public/opengarden/wp-content/temp
  と記入しphp.iniとして保存、wp-content/tempを作成し、オーナーをapacheにしても、同じエラーが出ます。
  Suddenly Today, could not upload media file and error message is ‘Can not find temporary folder’ I could upload on 8th MAY without any problem. php version is 7.4.18 and installed on 28th APR. Also tried to save ‘upload_tmp_dir = on
  upload_tmp_dir = /webdata/public/opengarden/wp-content/temp’ as php.ini(owner is apache) into wp-admin but same problem.
