    6/3にプレミアムアップグレードをキャンセルしたのですが、返金がまだ確認できません。この期間にユーザー名を@shifushifushifu→@shifufufuと変更しております。
    ご確認のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

    I have canceled Premium Plan Upgrade on June 3rd, but the refund does not seem to be
    proceeded yet. I changed a username from @shifushifushifu to @shifufufu during the term for your information…

    The site I need help with is shifujournal.jp. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    ご連絡ありがとうございます。確認しましたところ、弊社による返金手続きは6月4日の時点で終了しております。まだ返金がされていないようでしたら、ご利用のクレジット会社で手続きが終わっていない可能性があります。そちらにご確認いただきますよう、お願いいたします。
