Billing issue: Refund and account recovery (Transaction ID XUDYK87B0)

  Hello,

  I’m experiencing a billing issue related to a charge of 9,570 JPY on December 26.
  The transaction ID is XUDYK87B0.

  This charge is from another WordPress.com account that was created using
  Google login with the email address (メールはモデレーターとスタッフにのみ表示).
  I can’t access that Google account anymore because I no longer have the phone
  number used for verification, so I’m unable to complete the automated
  account recovery flow.

  I would like a human support agent to manually identify the account using the
  transaction ID, cancel the subscription, and process a refund if eligible.
