Cannot access my wordpress page

Hi,
I have the blog riolog18.com, but I cannot seem to access the wordpress admin page for my blog. Just to give it a try, I tried changing the url for the blog (to rinash.com), and all of a sudden the admin page will not load (it comes up with an error saying that I cannot access the page).
Also, it seems like I have two accounts with the same username and password.
I had entered the usual email and password to login and send this enquiry, but this one does not have my blog site on it. I am wondering how this is possible?I would appreciate some help, thank you.

なぜ人が持つドメインに変更されたのか理解できませんが、仕様上の理由でエックスサーバーにインストールしたWordPress.orgではホームページアドレスやWordPressアドレスは変更できません。仮に試すとしても自信で管理しているドメインを使用してください。対応策としてはサイト URL の変更を読んで元に戻すことになります。詳しくは上記WordPress.org日本語サポートフォーラムに問い合わせてください。自身の手に余る場合は、エックスサーバーのサポートに連絡しバックアップから復元してください。
エックスサーバーにインストールしているWordPressとWordPress.comは全く別のシステムですので同じメールアドレスで、且つ同じパスワードを使用していても、それぞれアカウントを作成することができます。
