tag to Gist URL is replaced to tag in text editor after updating the post.

I have trouble with that …
I embedded tag like below to a Gist URL in text editor,then, I updated the post,
the tag was replaced into tag with the URL.

I can embed such a tag in text editor in other English site of my company. But, I have the trouble in my Ja site.ヘルプが必要なブログは (ログイン中のユーザーにのみ表示) です。

So, I re-sent the same post with escaped tags.

日本語サイト：https://arasjapan.wordpress.comどちらも同じWordPress.comでの運営と理解しているのですが、違うのでしょうか？
上記Englishサイトでは、GistへのscriptタグをＨＴＭＬのテキストエディタで埋め込んで保存しても、そのままscriptタグが残り、表示した時にコードが表示されるのですが、日本語サイトの場合、保存後にanchorタグに置き換わってしまい、表示時にURLリンクが表示されて、想定したコードが表示されません。

Englishサイトの方は個別で建てたものなんですね。
社内確認不足でお手数おかけしました。その場合、日本サイトの方はWordPress.comのサイトかと思いますが、
こちらに本社英語サイトと同じく、ＨＴＭＬ、JavaScript、CSS等のコードスニペットを含む技術ブログ記事を掲載したいのですが、使用が禁止されたタグ等も含めて、表示上そのままのコードを掲載したいのですが、何か良い方法はあれが教えて頂けますか？タグを<等でエスケープしてpreやcodeタグで括っても、取り除かれてしまいました。

WordPress.comサーバにホスティングする限りはJavaScriptは使えないんですが、WordPress.com+ビジネスプラン+ドメイン(or サブドメイン)の場合に限り別のサーバ（管理はWordPress.com/Automattic社）に移されWordPress.org（インストール型のWordPress）+Calypso（WordPress.comのユーザーインターフェース）にカスタマイズされた環境に変わるようです。

必ずしもスクリプトを実行したいわけではなく、
scriptタグ等を含むHTMLサンプルコードをブログ文中に掲載するのが、
