Blind user interface administrator issue

    Hi there!

I have a very specific issue with the wordpress.com web interface.
I administrate the website of a friend who happens to be blind, so the administration feature really comes in handy because my friend does not have to do everything herself.
However, she does rely on the screenreader when it comes to the wordpress interface.
At this point she wants to keep my changes but remove my administrator rights after I have designed the website for her, because she can maintain the blog stories herself.
However, when she gets to the option under ‘people->team->’select the attribute all content to -MY FRIENDS NAME-(Dropdown box)’.
The screenreader cannot select nor does it readout the option of the dropdown box with her name in it.
So perhaps it might be handy if this were to be a selectable link or button that can be selected by the arrow and enter buttons.
I have no idea how I can do it myself from my own account.

    Kind regards of a user.
