Can not find/ get rid of row of imafes

    Hi,

    In the past someone designed this website and now that I am rebuilding it I can not seem to figure this one thing out. There is a row of logos that once you click will jump to the websites of these logos. I wish to get rid of it but can not find this anywhere. It is not located in the theme footer or anywhere else. Changing the theme also does nothing for this problem. As you can see in the image below the logos are above the regular footer. Hoepfully someone can help.
