Cancelling Domain name and account upgrade

  Hi WordPress,

  I made a mistake to cancel my order an hour ago and I still want to use your services on wordpress.com with the domain: http://www.jeffreyvanhouten.com. Can I still use my domain name and premium account to create a website? I’m sorry for my stupid decision.
