Cannot install any plugins

    Hi! A few months ago we had huge trouble with our website (eleminationzone.com) due to the plugins/themes. Siteground (our hostcompany) helped us out tremendously yet our whole website was changed due to the inactivity of the theme and plugins. Now we’re trying to fix everything yet it doesn’t let me install woocommerce and/or elementor. It gives the following statement: Installation failed , Could not create directory.

    We tried to fix it ourselves via online forums. Unfortunately, we’re both not capable enough to fix this problem. Can you guys help us out? thanks
