Can’t acces dashboard and Jetpack communication error

I think there is a domain-issue in the configuration. Probably entered a faulty address as primary domainname (adding welcome ). As a result I can’t acces the dashboard nor the general settings to change it back. Error message: Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.Please contact the server administrator at (e-mail alleen zichtbaar voor moderators en personeel) to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

Site seems to be offline as well. Anyone who knows how to undo this mistake or restore the general settings ?
