Change the whois

  Hi there, I transferred my domain to another host. I changed all my contact information, but they say it’s still not okay. This is what they told me:

  You should contact WordPress because there is a privacy package on the domain that only they can delete. When this is done, the right email adress will appear in the ‘whois’ and only than we can transfer your domain.

  But I already deleted all my packages, can’t change something anymore and I’m also registered for more than 60 days… Can you please help me?!
