Comment section does not appear

Hi fellow WordPressers,
Some weeks ago I started a website, but it seems my comment section is not appearing.
The theme is use is Blossom Mommy blog by Blossom themes, I also contacted them for support but they did not reply after more than one week, so I am asking here.
I have everything enabled, both in posts and in general. I have tried to see if it was a plugin error, deactivated all one by one but nothing happened still. I can’t get my head around what is happening, but I am not good at html/css/php at all. Anyone that can help?
