Completely rebuild website… need to migrate followers.

    Hello!

    I’m self hosting timvanheukelom.nl and after contact with the hosting service about the freakinglishly slowness of my website they eventually suggested to put the ‘old’ website in a subdirectory (timvanheukelom.nl/old) and build the website totally again on the main domain (timvanheukelom.nl) I was quite busy with that the last month and now I want the followers from the ‘old’ website to be migrated to my new website so they get updates when I leave for traveling soon. Please please assist me with that:)
