create blog page without changing layout

  Hello

  I have this website. http://leipark.be
  In the settings I have chosen for a static home page ( this is a corporate website, not a blog)
  People who like our company and site can follow us. The have the ability to ‘follow’ the site whenever I post an update  I guess this means a post.

  Therefore I have made the page: http://leipark.be/nieuwsberichten/
  In the settings I have put it as the blog feed. But when I choose this option , the layout/ design of that page changes completely. However I put in a header image; it doesn’t display it.
  I want to keep the same lay-out/ design as the other pages. For example: http://leipark.be/home/woningen-d1/
  Here you have a full width page with a header image.
  Or is there another way to make a regular page into a blog page where I put updates.
  And that every update/post automatically appears on that page (and only that page) WITHOUT CHNAGING THE LAY-OUT.
