Customize Button Doesn’t Work Anymore

  Our website, https://ecossentials.eu/, doesn’t let us customize anymore (via the customize button on the header). When we’re logged in as the admin and click on the customize button (to alter our banners etc on our homepage), the options are shown, but nothing is clickable or editable anymore. This is a huge problem, since old banners with ended promo’s are running on the homepage, that we can’t adjust.

  Can you help us resolve this problem?
